This initiative is the first of its kind for the recycling sector and involves an 8 week intensive programme within a prison and includes a combination of classroom and on the job assessment. Learners develop sector specific skills in Recycling, Lean Deployment and Driver CPC. Learners also develop wider skills in Health & Safety, Effective Teamwork and Communication.
The entire delivery is focused on making the offender ‘employment ready’ post release.
